How To Use Almond Oil For Natural Skin Care
Almond oil could almost have been from natural product made specifically as a natural skin care. But before discussing this, especially oil, which is why you should use natural products for skin care for you? What is wrong with the thousands of commercial products out there on the pharmacy and supermarket shelves?
To answer this question, consider what your skin. Many people forget or do not realize that their skin is not only an external covering the body, decoration and abuse in any way you want. This is an important organ of the body and is in fact the heavier weight of the body and also the largest surface. This is a biological fact that no biologist would argue against.
Almond oil is one of the least greasy oils that you will find in the facial care market. It will soak into your skin quickly and will leave only a slight residue, if it even leaves that. This is important if you are anything like me. I hate to put products on my face if I feel that they will leave it very oily. If your face feels as if it is swimming in oil, you have used way too much, because this product is not intended to do that. Small dabs are enough to cover the whole face. It takes a week or two to get used to the right amount for your face, so expect some oily situations if you are a beginner. Always remember that this product should not leave you oily, though.
Almond oil is a rich source of vitamin E and is beneficial in many ways. Almonds are treasures of some essential minerals such as magnesium and calcium. Almonds have high contents of fats. Raw almond oil enhances the taste of the food including salads, grains and toasts. Besides being a nutritious food, almonds have many cosmetic benefits. Almond oil is pale yellow in co lour and it is extracted from almond kernels. Apart from vitamin E it also contains vitamin D and other nutritious components.
Almond oil will help to protect your skin against harsh, cold weather elements. In this case, apply to lips as well as face for added lip protection. Apply before braving the blizzard, do not forget to wear a scarf, though! The scarf will not protect your skin, but the almond oil will. If you use it in the right amounts and at the right time, you can expect to see good results with your skin.
