Avoid spicy or fatty foods
Spicy foods can irritate the stomach, aggravating morning sickness. It is best to avoid spicy or fatty foods if possible.

Eating small frequent meals and avoiding an empty stomach should help ease morning sickness.
Keep well hydrated
